Bree used to be a host on the YouTube show SourceFed, and it looks like she's breaking into fetish. Unfortunately the Discord only acts as a backup server for the content that she posts, so it's not really a place that we could use to talk to her. Maybe tickling is something that she wants to explore privately for now while she's foot modeling, but if she won't answer her DMs we'll never know for sure.
