I'd like to know what's ita exact name, and what's the producer.

I have a copy of the video in question -- it's called Ticklestop. Unfortunately, the tape I have gives no indication of who produced it, and while it's obviously from the "early days" -- the '80s or so -- it doesn't resemble the style of Cal Star, Platinum/Prestige, or any other company from those days I'm familiar with.
