Personally I don't mind having these pics here on the TMF, but I think they'd be more appropriate on the MousePad, which is the foot equivalent of the TMF.

Since you posted "... Feet (no tickling)" in the title, nobody should have even opened the thread at all unless interested in feet, with no tickling.
 
Please don't take it the wrong way. I'm sure plenty of people here who don't hang out much at the MousePad are very pleased to see these pictures. It's just that, while many TMF people are into feet, this is still basically a tickling forum. If there wasn't a well-organized forum for foot material out there I suppose the TMF could accept more foot-only material. But as you know, there's the MousePad.

Note that I don't think there's a big problem with having a couple of foot posts here from time to time, especially such an excellent one as yours. I mean, let's face it, many people here do like feet quite a bit. It's just a matter of not overdoing it, of doing it only occasionally. Otherwise it would "dilute" the content of the TMF, and it might end up not being a tickling-specific forum anymore. Besides, I assume most of the foot fans here are already aware of the MousePad, so they can see the foot posts there.

its just MHO, but to me it seems there is only ONE forum on here dedicated to NON-tickling and thats the General Discussion forum which states:

"This forum is specifically here for discussion of any matters or topics that are NOT tickling related."

the Images section states "Here you can post all your favorite TICKLING images to share with the community."

i just dont see how its justified to post "(non-tickling)" and suddenly anything can be posted anywhere on here....it just makes absolutely no sense...im just trying to look at this logically rather than emotionally...again i am in no way saying anything negative about ANYONE on this board....i love everyone on here, even though a lot of people dont think so.

and Elvis...i am IN NO WAY badmouthing you....i think its great you took the time to post.

Well, yes, I do realize that, dtrell. I'm not exactly new to the community and I have no wish to see the TMF become what the old newsgroup has become, that is almost 100% unrelated stuff.

I just meant that even though people post about tickling here, you still often read about their other fetish-like interests, like feet or bondage for instance. Sometimes people even mention a few things about their personal lives that have no link to fetishes at all. And jokes and such. It doesn't mean the posts aren't *basically* about tickling, or that every single post that doesn't contain the word "tickling" should be removed.

In any case, I wasn't suggesting that this is mostly a tickling forum in which people are welcome to post stuff about any other fetish. You attributed too much meaning to my use of the term "basically".

I do think the material in most of the forums of the TMF (with the exception of the general discussion one) should be limited to tickling. That's what the TMF is for. Unrelated material should be avoided, yes, but all I was telling Elvis was that his posting his message wasn't a big deal for this time. It may have been a mistake, but it was a very minor one. I just didn't want him to worry about it.

I think the problem with this is that many people assume that this means "no fetish content", and not just "no tickling". That's the feel I get from that forum, and if that's what it's supposed to be, then fine. That would explain why a few people post non-tickling fetish material in other forums. I guess they feel fetish stuff isn't welcome on the General Discussion forum. Regardless, I still agree with you that non-tickling material shouldn't appear elsewhere on the TMF.

I hate to say this but those girls are not teens. According to Us law, even though there is no nudity, it is still considered "ADULT CONTENT" and therefore the girls have to all be over 18. But alot of photogs still consider them teens as the photog's and owners of the sites are in their 30's or 40's.

You're right, they're not teens, or at least not minors. I think there's a tendency on many erotic sites to use the term "teen" for girls of 18-19. That's because it's eighTEEN and nineTEEN. Like someone is a teen from 13 to 19 because of how the numbers sound (that's where the word came from, after all). So in a manner of speaking, those models are legal but still "teens".

I suppose that for those sites, using the term "teen" for models of 18-19 (possibly stretching the truth a bit by using a few early-20s models in some cases) is a good advertising strategy. For most people, it brings the notion of a very young girl to mind. While we all know and hopefully agree that messing with minors is a big no-no for adults, I think we also realize that a lot people have fantasies involving teens, and advertising models as such is a good way for erotic site owners to attract members/customers. It feeds their fantasies. And since their models are of legal age they don't get in trouble (not for age reasons, anyway). If someone complains that the girls aren't really teens because they're legal, a site owner can easily argue that his definition of "teen" includes eighTEEN and nineTEEN. If you ask me, that's stretching things a bit, but I'm pretty sure that's the idea.

Personally I tend to stop calling people teens once they hit 18. To me, "teen" refers to a minor (starting around 13 or so). I also tend to disapprove of the above strategy. It encourages people to think of the models as minors. I mean, I don't want to sound stuck up, and I'm not condemning people who use that strategy, but it's not something I would do myself. Of course, the owners aren't actually claiming that the girls are minors. Just that they're 18-19. So they're not doing anything illegal, and it's not false representation (though I may be wrong on that one). It's just a play on words. But I'm still not comfortable with that practice.
