Wedding clips show from 1996

Back in early 1996 on CBS there was a special show where people would send in funny clips from weddings In this one there was two nylon foot tickle scenes
The first one was a bride who had one foot on the grooms lap and he was strocking it while her foot was going around in a circle
The second one was an old man was putting on the garter (I think) on the bride and he grabbed her foot and gave a brief tickle I wish I would've video taped that program

How about some details. Were the women ticklish?

Yes they were The camera on the first one showed the gal laughing On the second one it didn't show the gal's face But it did show her leg jerking up and down

Yes!

I remember this! The second one is what I remember mostly. Her leg _was_ jerking around, all over the place, IIRC. Great stuff.
