Apparently there is a tickle scene in that not sure what happens or anything though but its in there somewhere

I can't remember everything that happens in this scene, but basically, Seann William Scott and Ashton Kutcher are at the DMV. Seann tries to reach something under the teller's window, but the window closes and his arm gets stuck. Ashton asks him what's wrong and Seann says that his arm is stuck. Ashton asks again, are you sure your arm is stuck and Seann panicks and says yes. Then Ashton gets this goofy grin on his face and starts tickling Seann like crazy along his right ribcage and side. Seann goes into hysterical laughter and begs Ashton to stop tickling him. It was a silly, and might I add, yummy scene between two cute guys.

Also Cory Lane from FMC is an extra in that movie.
