For when the chat room goes down

I've noticed a lot of threads popping up for when the chatroom goes down in a whole bunch of different forums. Maybe make an announcement in the chat forum that there'll be one thread in the Technical Assistance forum for people to post in when the chat goes down to cut down on unnecessary threads and take up space in other forums.

Chat forum is locked, only I can post in it, and I'm not always about 24/7 so while a good idea, not a functional one.

If chat fails, odds are it's a chat server issue. Check the other forums for others saying they have an issue. If you see such then it's a matter of waiting. Enjoy the Yahoo chat for a bit. The chat people seem to get ours back up quickly enough.
