I just caught "The Man Show" on Comedy Central tonight and saw a brief tickling scene. If you aren't familiar with the program, Adam Carolla (Dr. Drew's wise-cracking sidekick from "MTV's LoveLine") and Jimmy Kimmel (Ben Stein's wise-cracking sidekick from "Win Ben Stein's Money") discuss sex, beer, sports, and other Guy Stuff as two crude stand-up comics are liable to do. They are backed up by a half-dozen or more women they call "The Juggies" who dance in themed outfits, such as cheerleaders, superheroines, etc.
On tonight's show, the Juggies were dressed as Marie Antoinettes, with tall powdered wigs, bodices, corsets, bustles, and various pieces of complex French Revolution-era undergarments. One Juggie reclined on a period couch while a midget in a Napoleon costume (Don't ask me, I just tell it like it was...) tickled her cheek, chin, neck, and the cleavage revealed by her plunging neckline, using a fluffy ostrich quill. I didn't hear her laughing any (the opening theme was still playing and power to her mike was not yet on), but she grinned from ear to ear and kicked her little feet quite a bit. It was very brief and probably staged, but I found it cute nonetheless.
