Hi.
I'm mostly a ticklee, but I can be a tickler as well, and I live in San Juan, Puerto Rico. I'm comtemplating a vacation to some other part of the Carribean, Central America, Venezuela, or Colombia, all of which are in close proximity. Do any of these places have strong tickling scenes? Does Puerto Rico? Do any have dungeons with mistresses who have experience in tickling?
I was thinking the Netherlands Antilles might have something, but unfortunately, I can't post in Dutch.
I will send one of my videos to anyone who can help me with this.
