This tickle takes place within the first ten minutes of the movie (the beginning of Chapter 2 on the dvd). Actor Joey Kern, while driving, tickles the gorgeous Cerina Vincent on the ribs (just under her breast) with his free hand. She quickly squirms, laughs and bats at his hand. It is very, very brief; probably no more than two seconds, and only the top of Kern's thumb and hand are within the frame. The ticklish reaction looks quite genuine, though.
There are loads of bare belly shots of Cerina Vincent and co-star Jordan Ladd, for those of us who dig that. The lovely Ms. Ladd is on the receiving end of a bare-belly stroking while half-asleep in Chapter 12 on the dvd, about 45 minutes into the movie. Maaaaaybe borderline tickling there, but nothing definitive.
The movie itself isn't bad, for a blatant, gore-drenched Evil Dead/Hills Have Eyes pastiche. There is some black comedy to be found, and it has the prerequisite gore, some less-than likeable main characters (or "Spam in a cabin", as Joe Bob Briggs would aptly put it) and some t&a for good measure. But don't blame me if it grosses you out, please!
