A new season of tickles, and a very serious off field problem
The Good Guys gathered in Freeport for Spring training, with high hopes for a world championship for the upcoming season. Spring training did not go well for the team, as they played very poorly,and didnt hit or pitch well at all. As the Good Guys broke camp, there was an atmosphere of negativity surrounding the team. The night before opening day, Mitch and Naomi returned to Paradise to prepare to open the season the next afternoon. That night, after the kids had been put to bed, Naomi came into their room dressed in a skimpy tank top and panties, which she promptly removed, and ran to join Mitch, who was in bed. "Tomorrow is the beginning of a brand new year, so what do you say we celebrate tonight by making love and having hot sex until we collapse from exhaustion" The naked Naomi said, kissing Mitch. Mitch returned Naomi's passionate kisses, but for some reason, even with her help, couldnt get aroused. Finally, after a while they stopped, and Naomi went to hold him:" Dont worry, You're probably just tense from excitement because of the season opener tomorrow. We'll do this tomorrow, no biggie. The following day, the team went through opening day cermonies before the game against the Mets. The game, however, did not go well, as Kate Hudson was hammered for eight runs in less than three innings in an 8-4 loss to Tom Glavine and the Mets. An inauspicious beginning to a new season, and it was about to get worse. That night, Naomi tried to arouse Mitch again, and again without success. Now she figured it was just a phase. Little did she know how bad it would get. The next night, on opening night two, Gil Bellows took the mound and was brilliant, pitching 6 innings and allowing only one run, and the Good Guys hit two homers, in a 4-2 win. The following night, the team played well again, as Britney Spears and Mandy combined for a 3-1 victory.
Atlanta came to town next, and Alicia Silverstone opened the series against them. She pitched well, allowing only 3 runs in seven innings, but it was not enough, as the Good Guys bats were again silenced in a 3-2 loss. Kate Hudson was given the ball on Saturday night, and turned the Good Guys fortunes around, at least temporarially, as she pitched ten shutout innings, and was the eventual winner, as the Good Guys edged the Braves, 1-0. Gil Bellows started the series finale on Sunday, and he didnt have his good stuff. Gil was clobbered for four runs in four innings, as the Atlanta pitching shut the Good Guys down, 4-0. The team was now 3-3, with Houston due in next to finish the homestand. Britney Spears opened the series against Houston, and gave the Good Guys a fine effort, allowing only one run into the 7th. Naomi came in, and Mitch and her were still having the sex problems, so perhaps her mind was not focused, as she coughed up four runs and the lead, and left to a chorus of boos, in an eventual 5-4 Good Guys loss. The season was not starting well, and it was about to get worse. The following night, Alicia Silverstone was given the ball, and she again kept the team in the game, allowing two runs in six innings. This time, the Good Guys came through, scoring four in the 8th, to win the game. One more game remained on the homestand, and with an off day before a long road trip, Sniderman decided to give Kate Hudson the ball with 3 days rest. It was a decision he would come to regret. Having pitched ten innings in her last outing, and pitching on short rest, Kate didnt have her best stuff, and was hit for five runs in only four innings. The Good Guys tried to rally in the 9th, but fell one run short against Houston's ace closer Billy Wagner, with Mitch, who was having his early season problems as well, striking out to ebd the game in the 9th to a chorus of boos from the 27,000 on hand. The next day would be an off day, with the Good Guys scheduled to fly to New York that night for the game on Friday. Things were not going well, either on the field or off.
That night, when Mitch and Naomi went to bed, there was an atmosphere of tension between them. They hadnt made love the entire homestand, ten days, which was an enternity for them. They werent fighting, but every time Naomi tried to arouse Mitch, nothing happened. That night, she got into bed again, and once more tried extended arousal. When he didnt respond, the trying to be patient Naomi blew a fuse. "What the fuck is the matter with you? Every time I touch you, you go ice cold, and cant get aroused. We havent made love in almost two weeks, and tomorrow you are going away for almost two, and I'm not going with you. I think you're either having a psychological problem or a sex one, and whatever it is, we need to deal with it. You have a not unattractive woman who loves you to death coming to bed throwing herself at you every night, and you cant seem to become excited by that. Iam trying to be understanding, but Iam lonely, frustrated, and getting angry. In the meantime, the Good Guys gathered at the hotel for their first tickle party of the year. The featured lee was a guy that night, Josh Duhmahel, from the hit show Las Vegas. Having already tickled the hot and sexy female stars from Vegas a couple of years eariler, the women now wanted their shot at Josh. He was tied hands and feet to the bed as the tickle was began by Naomi on his neck with fingers as the laughter began: Hahahahahahahahahaha! NO! Moving down, Naomi and Adrienne, who were on either side of the bound hunk, tickled him on his underarms, and down his sides as he began to thrash and more laughter erupted. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha! NO! I'm ticklish! Hahahahahahahahahaha! Working their way down, Naomi and Adrienne tickled his inner thighs, causing him to buck. Then, they got to the soles of his feet. Naomi and Adrienne attacked Josh's feet with fingers, feathers, and the electric toothbrush on his soles and over and under his toes. Josh went nuts, filling the room with uncontrollable laughter as he howled with laughter. Hahahahahahahahahahaha!Please no more! NO! NO! NO! Hahahahahhahahahaha! Finally, Josh was untied, and the party continued.
