OT (kinda) Anyone well versed in HTML or Flash?

I'm seeking out ticklers that are well versed in the language of HTML. If you've worked with Flash in the past, that's a bonus. This is a tickle related project, and I'd like to work with somebody that loves tickling and is dependable.
