I would say yes as she stated in an interview that she was very ticklish. Pedicures can drive some ticklish feet crazy.

Ehh maybe...I saw the movie and the sat through the credits, I think she was laughing at something else if memory serves (though it frequently doesn't)

I remember it in the Celeb portion of the site but it may have been pulled as she did an AOL or some chat when she was just a kid.
Some one asked her if it tickled when they wrote on her foot for a kid's movie she did, "Harriet the Spy". I thnk she said it did tickle her bad and that her parents loved to tickle her. It was cute and I didn't think much on it til now. She's becoming a pretty young woman and she's still ticklish. ;)
