SUCH a wasted opportunity in "Starsky and Hutch" movie

ok in the movie Carmen Electra is at their house and she asks Hutch "do you always treat witnesses this well" or something like that and he says something like "no we usually jump right to foot massages" and grabs her SHOED foot. there was no way he was getting in there he rubs her feet wit her shoes ON and everyone laughs. Starsky says "hey now that could be considered police brutality" I wonder if they had to change it cause Carmen's feet are so ticklish. Wow if she had her shoes off that could have been so good.
