Cat & Mouse (m/f) Part I featuring Ally Mcbeal and Renee Radick
Prologue
With overwhelming evidence and the compelling testimony from roommates Brandy Norwood and Jennifer Love Hewitt, the man known as the Tickling Bandit or Mr. Fingers was found guilty. His serial abductions and tickling escapades had attracted brief national attention. However, his fame and freedom disappeared when he was imprisoned at the state forensic psychiatry hospital.
Now five years later, Mr. Fingers is elgible for parole. Having inherited a rather large estate, Mr. Fingers could afford the best attorneys. Accordingly, he requested the assistance of Ally McBeal (Calista Flockhart) and Renee Radick (Lisa Nicole Carson) for his upcoming day in court.
The Trap
Click....Clack....Click....Clack.... Ally McBeal's black heels rapidly pounded the concrete leading to her client's cell. Ally was not happy about having this case assigned to her. "I can't believe I got assigned this loser of a case. I'll never become a senior partner with cases like this dragging me down," Ally thought to herself. A burly security guard escorted Ally as she walked towards Mr. Fingers' s cell. He admired her slender figure. Although a little too thin for his tastes, the guard thought that her black blazer and matching skirt made her look attractive and smart. "Alright Ms. McBeal, this is as far as I can go. We will allow you and your client complete privacy. If you need any assistance, press the button on this pen and I will come to assist you " explained the guard as he handed Ally a special pen which contained a remote to page the security guard. Click! The guard inserted his key into the cell. Ally entered the cell and heard the locking of the cell door behind her. Clack
Mr Fingers sat with his back towards Ally. He gazed out of a barred window. Ally stood in the middle of the room waiting for some form of acknowledgement. "Uhhh....Hello....uhh..Mr. Fingers ?" Ally uttered in an uneasy manner. "Yes" he flatly responded. "I'm Ally McBeal. I'm one of the lawyers that will be representing you at your early release hearing. I came here to learn more about you and the case in order to develop the best strategy for your defense," stated Ally with confidence. It was a line that she had rehearsed several times. Without saying a word, Mr. Fingers slowly turned around to face Ally. He was immediately impressed with her petite figure. If she were on a college campus, he would definitely hope to see her without shoes in order to fully appreciate all of her beauty. Upon seeing his face, Ally froze for a few seconds, "Hmmm...he's gorgeous..... But he's still a freak" thought Ally. Ally proceeded to take a seat across from Mr. Fingers. Immediately, she crossed her slender stockinged legs. Her client quickly glanced at Ally's heels and stockinged legs. He hoped to catch her dangling those black heels off of her slender brown stockinged toes at sometime today.
"So where do you want me to begin ?" asked Mr. Fingers. Ally responded, "Well why don't you tell me about this tickling fetish ? What's it all about ? Do you mean to inflict harm ?" Fingers chuckled in low tone, "Ha..ha....oh that's something I really can't describe. I can only try to show you what it's all about." With those words and his body language, Mr. Fingers let Ally know that he wanted to tickle her before the session was over. It had been over five years and seeing Ally quickly aroused Mr. Fingers desire. Picking up on his vibe, Ally promptly responded," Oh no....I hate being tickled so we might as well work our ways chronologically backwards from the last incident with Ms. Norwood and Ms. Hewitt to your first experiences with tickling." Mr. Fingers reclined in his chair, smiled and said "Alright,.....on November 25, 1998...." He began telling his story to Ally McBeal. He had also begun to play his game.
Ally listened carefully as she took notes upon her legal pad. She occasionally interrupted him in order to obtain greater detail. Ally needed to get a full picture of the events and really gain an understanding of the thought process that drove Mr. Fingers. Not more than thirty minutes into the session, Ally began to shift in her seat. Her heels began to ache and instinctively she let her shoe dangle to give her aching soles some relief. Scoff was the sound of her nyloned soles escaping the firm leather shoes. Mr. Fingers glanced at the dangling shoe. He wanted to grab the heel from her foot and start to viciously tickle her exposed sole. But he restrained himself. Instead, Mr. Fingers continued to tell his story. He intentionally left out details and skipped around chronologically in order to confuse Ally. This was all part of his game. This would force Ally to ask more questions and lengthen the session. Ally continued to shift about and intermittently dangle her shoes....Scoff And Mr. Fingers continued to sneak peeks at Ally's nyloned feet.
