This one came as quite a surprise to Lazarus and I. He checked out a few comic books from the library (as is a common practice of his), and found a real treat waiting inside one of them.
In Marvel Mangaverse Vol. 1, on the first page of the story titled "The Punisher - Kind To Be Cruel" (about half way through the book), there is a full page of F/M tickling. The character known as "The Punisher" has the character called "Kusugutai" tied up in a hog tie, and is tickle torturing his feet with a feather. It only lasts about 4 or 5 frames though, before 3 men come in and break it up and attempt to kill the Punisher.
But it was still a very nice and unexpected surprise!
