I think I'm a cross between george costanza and kramer. i have traits of both these classic men.

That's easy. Hawkeye Pierce. I'd throw a smidgeon of Hercules in there too...I just love helping people in need.

Maybe Curly from the 3 Stooges, but with a bit more education? Mr. Clean but without the earring and obsessive compulsive wiping disorder?

People say I remind them a lot of Phoebe from Friends a lot of the time

Maybe when I was around 18 :p
Now I'd have to say Hawkeye Pierce, or his old partner Trapper John

Reading some of these other responses made me think of a few other people I could possibly compare myself to:
Gilligan
Shemp, from the Three Stooges

although he wasn't in television, i would say woody allen can be found in some of my daily dribble as well.

Although I have a LOT less money than his character did, I would say the Bobby Ewing character on Dallas. I try to be good and honest in my dealings, as the show tried to portray Bobby as, in contrast to evil, unethical JR. It is also important to me to have a good reputation, in both business and personal dealings, because to me a person's word is their bond, and it is important to me that Iam a man of my word, and that people can trust me and what I say.

Uhh....Okey-dokey!
Reverand Jim? Well, maybe a little. I kind of like to think of myself as a Chandler Bing kind of deal. No where NEAR as much hair, and somewhat older, but still young at heart, and willing to do almost anything for a laugh!

What did you need to edit out of that? I was going for a more complicated answer than that though but yours works

.........to tell you that all my friends think that my true character rests (in terms of TV personalities) somewhere between "David Brent" in "The Office" and "Alan Partridge" in "I,m Alan Partridge" ......or it could be that they just know I am older than most of them and I hate rap "music"........"Some people!......this country!....."

Okay, now back to topic....people have said I look like Melony Griffith and Reese Witherspoon, I don't see it, but I really have been told!

but one person I can compare myself to, although I'm not a high school kid is Brandon Walsh from 90210. I remember him as a very down to earth type of guy who always tries to do the right thing and makes friends easily. I can also see myself with a trace of the sense of humor of Cliff Huxtable.

Well, in looks, I've been told Dennis Blunden from "Head of the Class," as well as a little John Candy. In personality, I'd say (and this stresses the geek factor) a character from Star Trek: The Next Generation and Voyager, Reginald Barclay (played by Dwight Schultz). He was nervous and clumsy, just like I have felt in the past. LOL.

You are going to laugh, but I'd say Rapheal from TMNT. Honestly I can control my temper half the time. But I'm pretty witty with comebacks. So if Rapheal and Raymond from (everybody loves Raymond) had a baby... (uh scratch that.)
I would be Raypheal! The kicking half breed with attitude!

Nobody but my fellow nerds are going to know who this is, but personality-wise I'm rather like Goku from "Dragonball Z." I love to eat, I love to sleep, when I'm around others I generally have a happy-go-lucky, carefree attitude, and I'm often described as being an enormous child. :p

Tricky question. I'll try and be original and not go for the obvious answer.
How about Daffy Duck? Heh heh.
I think I've got pretty much the same sense of humour and manic insanity as him. ;)

I've been told that I bear a striking resemblace to Chandler, because I tend to have a smart mouth and my humor is witty/dry (and I am a huge fan of sarcasm in humor)
