It's a workable idea. But the bandwidth expense of doing it will make your eyes bleed.

one very important part of this: my site would not actually host any movies. It just links to the movies on the companies site. Unless someone is kind enough to host for me, i will probably just use tripod. the ads suck, but i have no money. Anyone know of a good free host i could put this on, with no ads? I only need like 2 mbs of space for the whole thing. And very small amounts of bandwidth, since all that will be loading is PHP pages (maybe 20k a page, usually less).

I think Yahoo/Geocities would be a little better with the adds, but I still dont think it would be add free.
