Great pic!!! I have scene that one before, and I do recall her saying her feet were ticklish, along with the fact she hates her feet because they are so big size 10.........hey the bigger the better just more to tickle...LOL

Actually, this is from a video clip she did for MTV or some such. At the time, she was underage, but it still made the rounds. She's a lovely girl. In the clip, she talks about how big her feet are, and "that's my secret."
