Rue McLanahan Golden Girl is Ticklish

Just a few moments ago in a LifetimeTV Chat with Rue McLanahan, the question was asked of the former Golden Girl and she admitted to being terribly ticklish.

I know she's a much older woman, but I remember watching "The Golden Girls" back in the 80s, Rue McClanahan was my favorite; I always thought she was sexy and kinda pretty (don't laugh). I'm glad to know that not only is she ticklish, but "terribly ticklish" as you'll read from the excerpt from the chat's transcript below:

Rue: I'm terribly ticklish. What makes me smile....well, sweet people make me smile. My husband makes me smile. My son makes me smile. My sister is very funny. Loving people make me smile.

a qucik aside...

I remember a scene for the Golden girls were Betty White is trying to keep a secret from Rue about Bea Aurthur. She promises that not even wild horses will drag it out of her. Three seconds later Rue comes into the kitchen and confronts Bea about the secret. Bea turns to Betty and says "What happened to wild horses?" and Betty replies "She told me if I didn;t tell her she was going to tickle me!"

I always thought that was cute...even for some older women.
