Actually, I can say more: Those cartoons are amazing! How long has this been going on?? Obviously the author is a total tickle fanatic. Is he one of us?

The current pedicure storyline even started when one of the characters was tickled on the "love handles" by her boyfriend. I might even do a fan art piece for LCD, and you'll obviously know what that'll incorporate...

But Chimp--it's not just the pedicure stuff. The guy has a whole series of tickle-fights, tickle-torture, characters with various tickling attributes, etc!
