If you could have any special powers, traits or abalities tomorrow when you wake up what would it be? Example: being invisible, mind reading, flying, etc.
I'd like to have the mental powers of Prof. Charles Francis Xavier (Prof. X). I'd go through the corridors of the minds of women to find all of their tickle spots. I'd go into their dreams and give them ticklish nightmares.

The ability to absorb and use other peoples superabilities....and an invulnerable force field projected around my person as needed would be nice also....could someone else wish for that so I can absorb it? Thanx... Q

The power to fly, then i could become the worlds best skateboarder!:cool: I'd be able to land things impossible to normal people. Even Tony Hawk would be jealous!:D Okay back to reality, tony hawk is better than i'll ever be. Anyways flying would be my power, btw good question!

I wish I was wolverine.......the old wolverine......the way he was before marvel messed with him and made me hate comics......I wish I had the mutant healing factor, the claws, and the raspy voice that makes sayin the word "bub" sound so incredibly cool........yeah, being wolverine would rock.......

Immortality...no. In his novel "The Boat of a Million Years", Poul Anderson retold the old Norse tale of Nornegest the Immortal. He outlived everyone who ever mattered to him, not once but many times. In Anderson's retelling, in the end (Y1K, at King Olaf's court) he chose to be reunited with them all through everlasting life in Christ. Title of the chapter is "No Man Shuns His Doom". It's a heartbreaker.

I want super-speed. Like the current Flash. No more traffic. Hell, no more car insurance. (WOO-HOO!!!) I can be anywhere in the blink of an eye, vibrate thru solid objects, add or steal speed away from things and just, in general, kick ass! That would be sooooo cool! Hmm, well, not exactly mind control, like total domination and doing nothing but what I say, but the ability to request or suggest something and making the other person think it's totally the best thing they've ever heard and completely agree with. And being able to go invisible/intangible would be nice, too.

invisible for sure! completely invisible. you can use invisibility to gain so many more things. and can you imagine tickling a girl while invisible?

I've always been fascinated by shapeshifters. The ability to simply become anyone or anything as the situation requires is terribly appealing to me.

Failing that, I'd settle for a suit of Iron-Man style power armor.
