That I didnt know my mom's real age until 1996. I had thought she was born in 1940, as that is what she told me and everyone else. That year, when we went to renew our driver licenses, I saw her birth certifcate for the first time, and I found out that she was really born in 1938 and not 1940, so while most everyone except her sisters and me think she is going to be 65 this year, in reality she is going to be 67. I cant believe she kept it from me that long.
