Anyone else unable to access clips4sale?

I can't even get on the clips4sale site. When I click the link, any link, a pop up appears that says:

"The operation timed out when attempting to contact clips4sale"

What's the deal?

It works fine for me. But sometimes, if you have a firewall running, it won't let you access it.
