I don't know if anyone stumbled upon this one yet, but I just found it.

scott: do u like 2 have the bottoms of ur feet touched coz ive heard they r ticklish. how ticklish r they??

I just found this on Miss Jackie's aka Jackie Gayda's personal website (Planet Jackie)...

Dave: are ur feet ticklish?
Jackie: Yes, they are. The very bottom of them, and my right above my knees.

But on the same webpage, Miss Jackie says her stomach/ tummy isn't ticklish
