I can't get it to work. I just get a dark screen that says 'Getting loaded'. Do you need special equipment to see that?

Do you have the latest version of java installed? That could be why...also possibly the site could be down if you have the java thing taken care of.

This is great...never heard of it before. Speaking of hearing, I don't get any sound. Is this the way it runs or do I need some kind of upgrade?
