Channel programming question

It looks like Im going to start getting Woman's Entertainment, the Travel Channel, Lifetime Movies channel, and Oxygen. Is there anything I should start taping on a regular basis??

There is a yoga show on Oxygen (wish I still had cable) where everyone in the class is barefoot and often the teacher will tickle the feet of one of the female students. I've seen him do this at least 2 or 3 times. Nevertheless it is great for foot shots. I think the show is called Inhale.

This guy is great...he is always brief about it (about a second or two) but he gets someone almost every show.
