I don't watch every week so I'm not sure what I missed. How is Kane a good guy now? Wasn't he bad and forced Lita to marry him? And now they are still together and both good characters?

Following a poorly written soap opera scrip.

Kane turned face when Gene Snitsky knocked him into Lita, leading to the loss of Lita's baby. Kane then challenged Snitsky to a match, which somehow made him a good guy for avenging the death of his child -- even though, as you point out, he forced Lita to marry him in the first place and impregnated her against her will.

...

I just recount 'em, I don't explain 'em. My recommendation: try very hard not to think about it. Kane has been plagued by retarded booking for the last, oh, three years now -- at the very least -- and this is only the latest.

But will Kane remain a face when Matt Hardy returns?

Matt Hardy is returning? Uhhhhhhg!

I doubt Hardy will return to feud with Kane... He will come back on SD I bet and challenge for the cruiserweight gold.

I have a question. I heard a rumor by more than one that Randy Orton may be heading to Smackdown. Is that true? Lord knows they need some more talent over there. Thursdays are very boring when it comes to wrestling.

but how would they manage that?, would they do another lottery and who would they send in trade for Orton?

They are supposed to be having another lottery some time in January.

From what I've read, they're planning to do another draft after Wrestlemania and have Orton and Cena switch shows. Not a bad idea, if true.

I don't like the Orton-Cena trade. What's the point, really? I mean SD needs more talent so they bring in Orton....but they lose the same talent in Cena... Makes no sense.

Actually, from the standpoint of fresh material, it does make sense. They keep doing the same matches, or variations of them, over and over. A switch would at least open things up for some new rivalries. I do agree, however, that they arean't gaining anything outside of that. Frankly, I still wish they'd dissolve the brands completely and mix things up a little more between the guys from the opposite shows. They also need to get some decent scripts going. Most of what they've been doing are rehashes of the same tired old stories.

Cena wrestles terribly and his mike skills are limited all he says is "The champ is here" and kisses ass to the sports teams in the city hes in. Orton not only has great mike skills but he can wrestle with flashes of brilliance! His mike skills are superb and he clearly is the future of WWE. WWE is in a slow period right now but Orton,Edge,Snitsky,Benjamin,Dupree, etc. are honing their craft so dont worry folks the days of Kane,Matt Hardy,Dudleys will be over in a while. Now onto the Rock, all he ever did was wrestle Triple H, lose everytime and have to have Triple H carry him in all those matches. All Rock is good for is walking out in his pajama tops and making people laugh with his juvinelle jokes. Wow he comes on to Lillian Garcia...my sides are splitting.

WWE wants it's people to do whatever it takes to get a reaction (or pop) from an audience. Some people are able to go "free-style", so to speak: people like Austin, Orton, HHH are able to break out of the box when it comes to mic and ring work.
People like Cena, however aren't so lucky. He has (admit it) a really limited gimmick, which unfortunately, pushes him into a limited (allowed) repertiore. The gestures, the cheesy raps, the ass-kissing, his limited moveset...this is what gets the crowd going, that's what the crowd expects, and that's what WWE wants....a happy crowd easily satisfied.
You can offer people prime rib, but they're more likely to go for the Big Mac and Fries given the choice.
It's looking better though...crowds are finally appreciating people like Orton, Benoit, and Benjamin and being rewarded with better matches as a result.
