A new member...well, sort of

It's a new year, so I thought to myself ("Self"...all you Emeril fans in the audience will get that one...although I doubt there are many in this forum)...I need a new name. Actually, a couple of other factors went into my decision but I won't bore you with the details. I went away for a while, but like many others before me, decided to return. Maybe I should have picked the screen name "Prodigal Son"...although that one's probably taken. Many of you "older" members will recognize the little guys in my signature from my "other" screen name...HeBeGeeBee...as well as my patented sarcasm. You new folks will have no clue who I am. But that's okay. In any case, here I am with my new name, which is symbolic of the fact that I live in a famous brewing city and am into tickling...so the name seems to be a natural. Now if only I can get my number of posts from my original name transferred over to my new name, I'll be in business...(Mods, are you listening??...the fact that it shows me as having posted only one time looks kinda funny) :(

First of all, thanks to everyone for the warm welcome back. It's kind of like walking into Cheers, where everybody knows your name. Except in my case, they had to learn a new one. Just trying to keep everyone on their toes (pun intended).

As for Mimi and Big Jim co-hosting GLAT 2, that sounds swell. Except I'm assuming we all won't need to slum it by heading east to England...and that Jim will be coming here? In that case, I'm wondering if we need to add an extra "L" to the name and spell it GLLAT...which stands for Goofy Limey Loses a Twenty. ;)
