isn’t a blue balloon the universal symbol for “Caution: ticklish women giggling!”.

I could be wrong… but I’m pretty sure that’s what it said on the test to get my driver’s permit…

And no, we never got an official explaination on the mysterious blue balloon, but neither were we the only ones to get one! I saw one of the housekeeping gals with one on her cart the next morning, and at the desk they said they didn't know anything about it, but you could tell by the way they said it they were fibbing. Who knows? Maybe it was a way to mark the noisy party rooms!
