The Good Guys embarked on a nine day road trip. After sweeping the Mets three straight in New York, they dropped two of three in both Atlanta and Houston. They returned home on a Sunday night, to begin a nine game homestand against the teams from the center of the country.

The Chicago Cubs invaded Paradise on Friday night, and, the good times continued, as the team posted their fourth straight win, 3-2. The Good Guys and Cubs played a day game on Saturday, which proved to be a lost game, as the Paradise Islanders gave up 10 runs in less than three innings, en route to a 15-10 shelling, in a game that wasnt as close, as the final score would have indicated.
That Saturday was also a milestone for Mitch and Naomi's family. After so many years as husband and wife, and as members of the Good Guys, it was their daughter Erin's 18th birthday.
