Yeah! That's why every time you hear about someone getting in trouble with an underage girl, the age of the girl is usually 15 or below. You'd be surprised. I hear in Canada A of C is 14.
This is why I always thought it was so funny that people make such a fuss if a girl is presented in a fantasy or story at 17. I understand the need to keep a blanket of legality on the TMF and I certainly respect that but if people do a little research they will be surprised at what they find.
Do you know it's legal to write an "improper" story about an underaged girl as long as she is a fictional character and not based on a real person?

It's funny, because the age of consent is 16 in a maj0rity of states and the avg. age of consent nationwide is 17. The problem is that "pornography laws on a federal level are based on the highest age of consent which is 18 in this country....
