Sadly I have no idea what movie this is from or who these people are, but I love this clip :) It's a woman trying to carry on a conversation with one man while another hides behind the door, tickling her ribs with a pencil.

It's called the Awful Truth. Cary Grant is tickling Irene Dunn while she tries to talk to Ralph Bellamy. Very good scene
