A pattern is emerging, once again I have no real idea what this is from I think it's a cartoon called Those Who Hunt Elves. A girl is inside some kind of robot suit and it tickles her out of her mind being removed from it.

The show is an anime called Those Who Hunt Elves. She's in a suit of armor that she can't remove herself from.
