All done in illustrator.
This is my second Illustrator drawing ( the first was a line drawing of a face ) I did a pencil sketch first, scanned it in, and used it to trace over. Wow, is it time consuming to play with anchor points in illustrator, so much faster to do everything with photoshop. However, there is much to be said for the gradient mesh tool, and its gorgeous, smooth tones. No reference photos were used; which I think comes through with the slightly odd shape of her ass.
The inspiration for this drawing was www.waterbondage.com; I saw a piece on them on sexcetera on the playboy channel.
I also didnt have a wacom tablet yet when doing this and The tickling box ( basically all the illustrator stuff was done with just a mouse ).
Certain types of smooth skin effects are easier with illustrator using gradient mesh, but for the most part, photoshop is a hundred times easier, IMHO.
