No sir! I did not create them. I merely found them on a site a few years back and saved them. The site is gone, but the anims are preserved.....

I do not know who it was that created them originally...

I am going to put them all up here. I have over 80 of them in total......

There's three versions:
160*120px, 64colors - 256kb
240*180px, 64colors - 473kb
480*360px, 16colors - 937kb

Version 480*360px, 64colors has ~1.8Mb size, I will post it tomorrow if needed (although other versions give enough taste, hmm?)


I appreciate your words, DC. Your scetches are made in simple-lines manner, very easy to animate; what a pity could it be to lose such a good case.
I'd like to try to animate them in flash also (flash has much more possibilites than simple gif), - could you advise me some software to convert raster pics into vector? without significant quality loss?
Or, better, maybe you have scetches in vector already?

The gifs were done several years ago by a Brazilian who used the name tickletickle. He was friendly, and quite a few of the gifs were done in response to requests from fans. Ultimately, he announced that he wouldn't be doing them anymore. As far as I know, he hasn't been heard from since. Viewing his work has been the greatest pleasure I've gotten from the web, and our community has suffered no greater loss than his withdrawal.

Yes. just a few things I play with from time to time... I am not very good at it....
They're quite fine )) animations based on real-life pics have their charm, rather than made of hands-painted ones, - at least because I haven't seen yet such photo-series, which can be used as frames for animation, and are not screenshots from some video.
And you should admit - creation of an animgif is much more boring and time-eating, than simply difficult :)

You need a program able to gather a consecution of frames in one pic, like Adobe ImageReady or Ulead GifAnimator; then just draw a frameline for your gif, line them up, and your program will do the rest.

BTW, Flash can do the same with ease, and it gives much more possibilities for animation by its own. If you're a complete newbie in animation - choose Flash, and you won't be mistaken.

ImageReady usually distributes inside Photoshop pack, and installs as a part of Shop. 3rd version of Gif Animator you can take here (http://www.webfile.ru/515720) (the link will be active within week, until Sept.20) - hope it's old enough to avoid illegal distribution problems...
Flash is rather big; MX version was near 60Mb, version 2004 alittle larger. You can look them through developer's forums, or buy a CD, which have manual and set of utilites along with Flash.
