Hey everyone! I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving Holiday. I was watching TV and saw the trailer for the movie Vanilla Sky. It stars Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, and Penelope Cruz. The scene is quick in the trailer but Tom Cruise is laying on Cameron Diaz and she is uncontrollably laughing. It looks like Tom might be tickling her ribs or possibly her collarbone/neck area. It's hard to tell if it is a tickle scene because it is a very quick scene in the trailer. But it might be more drawn out and elaborate in the movie. That smile on Cameron Diaz is a ticklers dream come true!
And on a side note, the movie looks interesting.

Ooooooweee! Thanks for the heads up! I know there also might be a possible scene with her in the upcoming movie Gangs of New York...that would be too fantastic!!! I'll tell you this: Tom Cruise, who has pulled off two mainstream tickles that I know of (Cocktail and The Color of Money), not to mention being married to Nicole Kidman who has been quoted as loving to be tickled (and elaborated on by Tom himself)....he's just the guy to pull off the job!!! Let's hope he's tickling Penelope pink as well!!

I saw the trailer for Vanilla Sky as well and it sure does look like she's reacting to being tickled.

Here's hoping!

Yes--it sure could be interpreted that way. I saw it too and got...interested.

However, don't jump the gun folks, for two reasons--

1) she might just be laughing hard at a joke or whatever

2) even if it IS tickling, the actual scene might NOT EVEN APPEAR IN THE MOVIE...they do that ya know

I just don't want anyone (like me!) to be too disappointed.

I viewed this trailer on the movie website: http://www.vanillasky.com/flash_site/index.html

The tickling is only in 3 frames, but her eyes and mouth widen, then she tries to push him away with her head back and eyes shut. Looks pretty good to me!

I've seen plenty of close calls in my day but from the short bit in the trailer that looks like the real deal to me. I'm seeing it opening night for sure anyway, so I'll find out for sure then. Till then I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
