That is Ms. Lohan in the picture, recreating that Elle McPherson picture you're talking about. One of the celebrity mags had LL do that earlier this year.

Guess they got the idea from Britney redoing the Esquire shot a few years back.

for me the turn on is clear - the colour black is already sexy but when i publicly tickled the sole of my ex-girlfriend in nylons, when her foot was warm coz she still had her boots on at the time (hence couldnt pull away from my fingers) her reaction was so extreme in ticklishness i was on a high for weeks - should have got inside both boots at the same time but it might have killed her
