Alright, I've always considered purchasing some of MTJpub's e-comics or e-novels, but now that I'm living on my own, this would seem to be the time to do it. Judging by the fact that MTJPub is so successful, I would imagine that business dealings with them go smoothly.

If I order, I plan to send cash. Has anyone here sent cash, and if so, if you would describe your experience with the whole order, I would greatly appreciate it.

Rough estimate, how much of those e-novels/comics are upperbody? Would they be worthwhile purchases for somebody who has no interest in foot tickling? (I do plan to get Sonya's Torment, before you suggest it)

It's been while since I have read any of those particular stories. However as a general rule you will find more upperbody content in fiction as opposed to the e-comics. However in the best case scenarios it would be a 60/40 split with foot tickling winning out.

I will make it a point to offer an upper-body only e-comic and e-zine in 2006.

Anyone else have specific knowledge of those particular issues? As well has anyone had experience sending cash in the mail?

I dunno. The few times I have sent cash, I've wrapped it in a few peices of folded paper (like folding a letter) before sticking it in the envelope, and it worked fine.
