Brief foot tickling on Spike TV's Ultimate Fighter. Saw this post on another site.
The two teams had to do a wrestling challenge. They all had to put on long otc socks of their team's color (blue and green) get on their knees and try to remove their opponents socks. One guy on the blue team had a guy on the green team (stocky shaved head) in a submission hold while another guy from the blue team removed his sock and grabbed the guy's ankle and tickled his bare foot. He even said "tickle, tickle, tickle" while he was doing it. The camera got a pretty good shot of the tickling and the ticklee's reaction. For those into these types of scenes, try to catch it if you can. They replay these episodes constantly. It will be on tonight at 10pm EST.
