Can you change the smilies in the box for quicker and easier using?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'easier' once you click on the 'get more' link you get a new window that has them all in it. Then it's jsut a matter of clicking

And you can always type the text equivilants directly into your post to get them also, which is the fastest way.

No that's not a feature that is possible. The smiles are set by the order they are added. and the software doesn't support users reordering them.
