I had the same problem with a clip I got from another forum, and someone there posted this link to a codecs package, which fixed it. Download and run it, maybe it'll help you: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Tzim_Lite_Codec_Pack.htm

yazai2001, a minor is a person who is younger than 18 years in age (not yet an adult). In the removed clip, an adult (18+ years old) was tickling an underage (not yet 18 years old) person, and adult-minor activity isn't allowed on the forum. Sweet but troubling...
