Looking for an old early internet toon

If I recall it was mid '90s when I saw this on a website. a Wolf tickling a bound girl. the pic was small, kindof like the mouse tied to the mousetrapbeing tickled by a female mouse. similar design. Does anyone remember the wolf tickling the bound flonde on her feet? I would love if someone has it, if they could please post it. Thanks everyone.

No. Actually it was a more caroonish looking wolf, not as detailed. More like a looney tunes cartoon. tickling a bound blonde girl. it was ful color and the wolf was like a charcoal grey. But thanks for trying.
