Hospital tickles story request

I've been looking for the story posted a year or two ago about the woman in body cast in hospital whio is tickled by the nurse, and husband was hiding behind curtains watching.
Its not the true stories one, its a fiction one but well written. I think it is a two or three part story. If anyone can find it would they please post it/ Thanks!
