This one i just had to kinnda reiterate what was said here, I do bodybuilding alot as part of my acting regmin. When it comes to weightlifting I have to jump on my soapbox. I was working out with a guy who needless to say lift ALOT more than I do, hes a competition powerlifter, anyway he was lifting 4-45 pound plates on each side of the bar ((that is scary all by itsself)) anyway someone was goofing off and threw one of the baby plates on his lap to startle the guy, he droped that bar on his chest and even wih a spoter ended up with a seriously bruised chest. Its just not the time to play. Needless to say words were had, and my young temper flared a bit TOO much but still. Save the tickling for pre or post workouts, maybe in between sets. :: puts his soapbox away and slinks off:
