Yes. In almost every single Tickling Paradise video I have, they make it a point to strip the lee of their shoes and socks AFTER they've been put into bondage/stocks, to help build the anticipation and emotional torment. They are very good for putting out this sort of material.

Not only do many of the Paradise videos have shoe and sock stripping, alot of the time the socks are taken off slowly, like a tease. Some of my favorites from them are I dream of Genie, A tickle for teacher, and Jungle Amazons. You can actually go to http://template.aebn.net/tid/9544/index.cfm
and see almost all of them. You pay by the minute, but it's not too expensive.
