why i like to post on this forum.... i have had many tragedies in my life and survived them all. why i like to post so much on this forum at this time, it makes me happy. it helps me vent. it helps me escape memories that would cause others to have a nervous breakdown. it relaxes me to post. i like to share thoughts with others. how much i post is no ones business but my own. let me share just a few things i try to keep at bay by posting. and no i dont live in the past, sometimes these things just pop up in my brain and only posting or reading stories pushes them back down. i gave birth to three dead babies. i took care of my dad his final days and watched him die while i held his hand. i survived my mom starving to death. i am not asking for sympathy. this forum is my escape route at this time. i am proud that i survived all this without going absolutely mental.
i invite others to say why they like to post here.

I love to post my stories in the Post Stories forum (and now in my own archive) because it is a way to share both my fantasies and my experiences with people who can understand me. That's why I joined the TMF in the first place.
I like to share images that I find in the Images forum, insights in the Tickling Discussion forum, and mainstream sightings in that forum.
But those all together are only a tiny fraction of my total posts. Why do I post so much in the Silly Stuff Forum? I can only say that it relaxes me. When I have had a tough day at work, or I'm not feeling well, I really look forward to getting there and making 25 or 50 silly and pointless posts, just to relax and forget my cares. :D :D

I am still kind of intimidated about posting but I'm working on it. I don't consider myself very witty, funny or gifted at story writing. What I can do, is thank someone for sharing something they shared that I like or even sometimes if I don't like it all that much, I appreciate the effort that is put into it. If I learn just a little from time to time then posting has benefited me and just maybe one time I'll say something that will help someone even tho I didn't intend or expect somethinglike that to happen. We all learn from each other and most of the time I have seen a really nice willingness to have different thoughts and opinions without animosity. I post when I post to hopefully be a small part of this pretty nice community and to hopefully get to know a few friends in waiting.

I like to post simply because I enjoy sharing my beliefs with so many other people, and hearing theirs. I don't mince my words because I usually learn alot by saying what I really think: If I'm being naive, thoughtless, missing the big picture, whatever, I know someone will reply accordingly and make me realise it, and I learn from it.
Here I get to interact on a deep level with all sorts of people I could never talk to in real-life: I can speak to people my own age, twice my age, people who are where I once was, people who are far wiser than me, and I learn from all of them. I can discuss with all these people any issues that concern me, things I would never tell even my own mum.

You know we all love you here izzy. http://www.anchoredbygrace.com/smileys/blush.gif
I like to post here because the folks on this board are educated and straightforward.
I post on a few other boards, and compared to the TMF, those boards are populated with cretins. :D

The main reason I post is that it's a way for me to be a part of the tickling community. When I first joined, I posted a lot for a while, then I did it less and less, to the point where I hardly posted at all. I'm not sure if I just got tired or what. Eventually, though, I came to miss being a part of the TMF, and recently I started posting again. I'm glad to have done so, as I have met many new people, and I love interacting with them, even if some of them disagree with me sometimes (mostly in the P & R Forum, not surprisingly). :D

P & R is treacherous territory. Be prepared to get ripped a new asshole when posting there.
I only post there in the wee hours after drinking too much, then pay for it the next day. :D

I've been "ripped a new one" a few times in there already. Maybe that's why I don't post there that much anymore. :p

I like it here for the same reasons as most of you do. I didn't think this many people shared the same interest. I think a person can be more themselves behind the keyboard which means more honest and yes, more caring. We help each other and tease each other just a little bit. I also like that I can PM my silly little questions to a few of you and get the answer, not put down or get my ass chewed off. The silly forum is a great way to forget the day's worries and is a great stress reliever too.

Izzy! Wow! Not for a minute do I think you feel sorry for yourself. You are an incredible woman of inner and outer beauty, too bad you don't see you the way others do. You are the kind of woman people write about for inspiration! I think you are one of the sweetest most compasionate person I know on this forum and in life! I know from our conversations that you can be easily hurt and discouraged but listening to what you said here if you were to leave this forum (not that you will) we would all suffer greatly! Remember this on your down days it'll help you get through it!
love ya bunches Izzy!!!!! ( or is it Izzy -poo)

Oh I don't think you're going anywhere. You really don't need to justify posting at all, cause if you do then we ALL gots lots of explaining to do!

Sorry Isabeau, i had no idea you'd gone through so much suffering in your life. I really admired the way you came on top in the end. You're quite an inspiration!! The reason why i post is pretty much the same as everybody else from the previous posts, to be able to contact with so many different people, most of them with the same interests and thoughts similar to yours, and above all, to be able to stablish great conversations with great, fine, open-minded, and really mature people. :grouphug:

well thank you very much Dario Filipe.. i am no icon. i survived, the choice otherwise was intolerable. yes i used to, at one time, think my life was easy. i soon learned that the opposite was the case. but hey, i am alive. i am healthy, relatively speaking, i have a great outlook on life. heck you cant beat that. sure i get down, everyone does. and sometimes at night, right before i fall asleep, i can close my eyes, and feel those babies coming out of my body. but if i dwelt on that i would go mad, as my mother did. i wont go that route if i can help it. i appreciate your compliments, however they arent really deserved. the alternative would have been to go completely mental. and that is something i will fight til i die. i wont be like my mother, i wont......
