I only watch for the screw ups and cuz durin those you tend to see the metal\alternative crowd. I remember last year a hot blue haired goth girl made the cut cuz she could sing opera. This year a girl from a local band in a suburb of chicago, "Catfight"(catfightband.com) made it in, she is dazzling to look at and she sings really well, dammit i have to watch till she loses

The denver ep had the local metal scene there i presume and it was awesome to see one guy singin like the lead singer of trivium, was a nice and welcome change and good showing for mainstream metal
