Anyone subsribe to this pay cable site?

I'm very much interested in knowing how much content is available from the old WWWF (1965 - 1975)ish .I used to love a bad guy named "Waldo Von Erich",who had a feud with Bruno Sanmartino and Domenic Denucci within that time period above.Has anyone seen any material on him on this new network!?

I understand that there is a set amount of stuff available on a month to month basis and that you can't see all the material McMahon has at once!

While I don't have the channel, I would definitely look into purchasing it. WWE pretty much has the video archives on every major promotion that has existed (WWE, WCW, NWA, ECW, AWA), so I'm sure they'll have some of the older stuff from the 70's-80's. I would also think that most of their "classics" would be 80's-90's, though, as that was the "boom" of wrestling.

Its gotta be worth having though, for the true marks out there.

I was at HomeComing last October and they even took a few seconds to aknowledge Kevin Von Erich and there isa propsition for him to be inducted as a "Hall of Famer" even though he never wrestled for WWE/WWF

Do they have the archives to nwa? Yes wcw became nwa when ted turner bought it but then the feds did split, i dont know if the current nwa still holds the rights to the archive tapes. Hell, only reason wwf bought wcw was for their massive archive footage.

That's one reason. I think it's obvious that because of piss-poor management, WCW would have went under, on it's own. But Vince McMahon wanted to be the one to rightfully claim he put WCW out of business.

I am fairly sure that when the buyout occurred, WWE acquired all WCW stock footage; including NWA stuff. I seem to recall seeing some NWA matches advertised on the WWE website.

The Ric Flair DVD also has some classic NWA matches with Ricky Steamboat and Harley Race, so they must have permission to use those.

See im not sure how the relations went\are with wcw\nwa. They did split and then became wcw and nwa, two entirely diff companies, and there is still an nwa today. Its hard to guage when u had big promotions and semi big\regional, hell ecw was a sattelite promotion of NWA before it split
