As someone who's been on both ends of the feather, so to speak, I've lasted somewhere between 20-30 minutes. Now I didn't give or anything; the ler stopped at that point, but I found it difficult to be tickled for any consecutive amount of time without some breaks for breathing. Like minute long breaks, but they still helped.

I sure am not an expert, but that's my record.
