Dr. Seuss - My Book About Me

Here's a really obscure reference that I remembered last night. Both my brother and sister had a book when we were kids called "My Book About Me," by Dr. Seuss. Kids were just supposed to fill in answers to questions, such as my eyes are *blah, blah*, my hair is *blah, blah, blah*

In the middle of the book was the phrase "my feet are ticklish," and there was a box to check yes or no. That just popped in my head last night and I thought I'd post it for anyone who might find the reference interesting.

I couldn't remember the name of the book so I checked on Amazon and the damn thing is still available after all this time! I'm thinking about getting it for some lady friends of mine just to see how they answer that question <<<<---- :p

Kewl beans, Rajee! I'm glad to see that someone else remembers that fossil! I know I used to look at it and smile when I was a kid.

Now, if only there was a way to slip that question into an adult forum so someone reading it would be compelled to answer it truthfully without thinking or saying "why the hell do they need to know that?!"

All that comes to mind is a job application or a cenus. Both are bad ideas, the former probably worse than the latter.

neat find!! I don't remember that book but I would have smiled too. Invariably, my mom would have said "You're not supposed to be smiling about That!" *sigh* I like being a ticklephile. I can still enjoy life as an adult that way :bouncybou

I had this book as well. I'd forgotten about it untill now. Wow that was a long time ago.
